When it comes to the person that i had mentioned, he logged in and out at LEAST 6-7 times trying to change his position so that he would not be on a gate. Its really stupid when somebody just disappears in front of your gunfire and then they can proceed to just rub it in your face. Luckily in my situation he decided to actually stay on a gate to attempt a gank. The only thing it gained him was the loss of his mega and a friends eagle. Joy for me but still the situation is stupid.

If i jump into a gate camp why should i choose to commit suicide and waste my time and isk by uncloaking. I havent't engaged you or decided to make a run for it, at that point it's just as if i hadn't jumped in. Just because your camping the gate doesn't give you the automatic right to gank me.

How about we name and shame those pilots who havent got the balls to engage in a fair fight and have to gank pilots 10:1

So if i warp 100km from a gate in a cloaked hauler and see 10 pilots camping the gate, I should just uncloak and turn round and say "well done guys its a fair cop" come and destroy me, i don't think so I'm going to get out of there.

This is not the same as warping into the camp, being locked and then logging whilst locked -this i'll agree is poor tactics.
